Simple Christmas Card

Can you believe that Christmas will be here in exactly 8 weeks?! I need to get started on my Christmas cards and do some shopping! I usually make my gifts for my closest friends, so that's not a problem... it's just figuring out what to make that's the hard part! I hope you won't have the same problem. From now until Christmas, I will showcase some holiday cards or projects that hopefully will inspire you to get creative on your gifts as well.

Ornament Card
Stamps: Four the Holidays
Cardstock: Real Red; Whisper White; Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series Paper
Ink: Real Red
Etc: Silver Elastic Cord; Ornament Punch; Dimensionals

Except for the regular cardstock and dimensionals, EVERYTHING from this card is from the Holiday Mini Catalog. I cased this card from Barb Mullikin, a fellow SU! demonstrator. It's perfect if you need to make a stack of cards, or if you need to make a card but don't have a lot of time. I LOVE the paper used for the ornaments - it includes a special feature called flocking, which feels like felt. It just gives the project instant dimension and elegance. The Holiday Mini Catalog also features a fabulous stamp set called Delightful Decorations, which can be substituted if you don't have the paper, and also coordinates with the ornament punch:
